Call for Abstracts

The joint symposium will be held as an all-virtual conference and all presentations will be given by a web conferencing platform.

The members of CSP, KSP, and JSP are welcomed to participate the 11th JSP-CSP-KSP Joint Symposium on Pharmacognosy.

Presentation Style: Poster
Submission Deadline: June 30, 2021 *Deadline Extended to July 16, 2021
Notification of Acceptance by – July 30, 2021
Registration Deadline to Present – July 15, 2021

Guidelines:

• File Format: The 1-page abstract must be submitted online.
• Please download the Abstract Template to prepare your abstract.
• Page Margins: top and bottom margins: 25 mm, left and right margins: 17 mm.
• The file should be an Adobe(R) PDF (Portable Document Format) file.

Acceptance or rejection of the abstracts will be left entirely up to the 11th JSP-CSP-KSP Joint Symposium Executive Committee.
You will be notified of the result by email.

• Please use the “Abstract Template” to prepare the abstract (one page in A4 size) and transform the above abstract file into a PDF file and make sure there is no unreadable characters there.

Abstract Submission:

All abstracts can only be submitted online via the abstract submission website. Make your account by clicking “New Registration” bottom of the page.
You are recommended to make a conference registration at the same time.

You can confirm, change, or cancel your abstract within the period of Abstract Submission (April 20-June 30, 2021) by using your e-mail and Password. Please log in to the page to re-upload your abstract on the My Page.

Presentation:

When an abstract is accepted, presenters are required to submit materials for the virtual conference. Further details will be announced later.

The 67th Annual Meeting of Pharmacognosy:

You are also eligible to submit a paper to the 67th Annual Meeting of Pharmacognosy for an oral presentation in English, whose topic MUST be separate from that submitted for JCK11.

Submission deadline: June 30, 2021　July 8, 2021 *Deadline Extended

An additional registration fee is not required for those who have registered for the 11th JSP-CSP-KSP Joint Symposium on Pharmacognosy.
The application period is the same as the joint symposium abstract submission period, Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Note: If you register while still logged in to the registration site for the 11th JCK Joint Symposium, the page may not be displayed correctly. Please log out from the Login page or use another browser to submit your abstract to the 67th Annual Meeting.
