Participant Guidelines

The 11th JCK Joint Symposium on Pharmacognosy will be held online. To participate in the virtual session, you need to make registration and complete your payment.

How to Participate

You will be able to join the Online Special Site (Scheduled to open at 9:00 a.m. on September 18)
Those who have completed the registration will receive an email with instructions for online viewing. This e-mail will be sent around Sept. 13th. This symposium will be broadcasted in real-time only.

If you do not have the Zoom application installed, you can still view the sessions from your browser, but we recommend that you download the Zoom application for smooth operations.

Photography, video recording, audio recording, and screenshots of the session contents are strictly prohibited. If you need to do so, please ask the speaker or chairperson for permission in advance.

A password will be emailed to those who have completed the registration.

Zoom Webinar Session

The oral presentations will use the Zoom Webinar streaming. You will be joining as an audience and will not be able to turn on the microphone or video expecting the events on Sept.18th.

For Live Q&As, you can send questions via the Q&A tool by text message. The chair will pick up questions from the audience and ask the presenters during the Q&A session. In addition to the Live Q&A, you may also send text chat on the virtual platform.
