All presentations will be live-streamed only. On-demand streaming will not be available.
Presentation Style
Oral Session
This is intended for the 67th annual meeting of JSP.
Pre-recorded Virtual Presentation and Live Q&A Session
Please submit your presentation video (mp4 recommended) in advance, and the staff will share it with the audience on the conference day. You will be asked to participate live for the duration of the presentation including Q&A.
Oral sessions for international presenters will proceed in English.
Poster Session
Graphical Abstract (GA) and Live Q&A session
Graphical Abstracts will be posted on the virtual conference site. The purpose is to encourage active discussion by making the poster content visible at a glance. Questions and answers will be available in the Zoom Breakout Room as well as the chat tool.
Graphical Abstracts can also include the detailed presentation PDF file (up to 10 pages) and audio data of the content description.

Presentation Video File Requirements:
Video file format: MP4 or MOV
File size: The recommendation is 250 MB per 15 minutes of video presentation.
Dimensions: Minimum height 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9 (Recommended)
Submission Deadline: August 20th.

- Graphical Abstract
Please make a standard-sized (4:3), one-page abstract in PPT using the template, then convert it to a JPEG file.
- Put your poster number in the upper left corner.
- Enter the title of your presentation. (The authors’ names will be list on the website. It is not necessary to include inside the abstract.)
- Put the copyright mark in the lower-left corner.

2. Graphical Abstract Short Presentation Video
Please make a video with your 1-page graphic abstract.
The video should be in MP4 format and be no longer than 1 minute.
The audio of the video will be added to the Graphical Abstract. The videos will be live-streamed as an introduction to the poster presentation during the break.

3. Presentation PDF File
Make a document in PPT, a standard size (4:3).
Convert the file to a PDF.
Your document can be viewed by clicking on the Graphic Abstract (GA) on the poster page.
The slides should be no longer than 10 pages, including the title.
Please list COI below the title on the first page of the slide.
You are strongly encouraged to use the template.
Submission Deadline: August 13th.
Any files temporarily used by the executive committee for viewing will be deleted upon completion of the symposium.
