Presenter / Chair Guidelines

11th JCK Joint Symposium on Pharmacognosy will be held virtually. You will need a broadband wired or wireless Internet connection to participate. For a stable connection, we strongly recommend using wired Internet.

Oral Presentations

Please enter the session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
Click “Chairperson & Presenter Zoom” on the top page of the Virtual Symposium Page to get the panelist link for the session.
By selecting either “Chair” or “Speaker” from the corresponding the program will automatically open the Zoom window.

During the session, the secretariat will play and distribute the videos submitted in advance.
Questions and answers will be live.

Poster Presentations

Graphical abstracts, audio and presentation materials (PDF) submitted in advance will be posted on the
the Virtual Symposium Page.

Poster Display:

15:00 – 18:00, Saturday, September 18
9:00 – 18:00, Sunday, September 19
9:00 – 18:00, Monday, September 20

Discussion Core Time:

16:30 – 17:30, Sunday, September 19 (Japan Standard Time)

It will be held in the Zoom Breakout room. The venue will open at 15:00, so please enter the venue well in advance and stand by.

The chat tool (SLIDO) is linked to each poster’s detail page. Please check the questions and respond accordingly.

Video Live Stream:

The submitted videos will be distributed in the oral presentation room during lunch time as an introduction to the poster presentation.

Zoom Instructions

Please check the manual beforehand for the operation method and make sure that your name is displayed correctly so that the secretariat can easily recognize you.
